The greatest achievements have already been conquered.

This is the team that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, along with another six T20 titles, and earlier maintained nearly four years without defeat in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, targeted by the record chasers, are the only things left for a squad that has achieved everything.

That it took until Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase exceeding 300, taking back their record for the highest in the women's 50-over format, is, frankly, a testament to the pitchers that have represented Australia over the last half-century.

She achieved fifty in 35 deliveries - her swiftest at the World Cup - and her ton in 84 balls as she punished short deliveries, hitting 21 fours and three sixes.

By the time she was dismissed her side required another 66 at a run-a-ball - an unconquered height now requiring a leisurely stroll.

"To chase 330 is new territory so I am glad we have the confidence to achieve that now," continued Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it again but, if necessary, we are confident we can succeed."

That comment will be the final thing Australia's opponents at this World Cup want to hear.

Over the past five days a feeling they will succeed regardless of circumstances has become more firm - this triumph coming after win against Pakistan by 107 runs despite struggling at 76-7 at one point.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before an encounter with old rivals England in Indore in 10 days, by which point a last-four spot may likely be confirmed.

It was in the semi-finals they exited the prior year's T20 World Cup in an unexpected loss by South Africa - a match Healy couldn't play because of torn tissue in her foot as she captained her nation for the first time at a significant event.

So strong is her resolve, she afterwards commented she wanted to have participated with the discomfort.
